If listeners want to connect with you, where can they find you?

In Summary, today we have been discussing the importance of addressing alcohol addiction in the workplace and the impact that can have on career growth and job satisfaction.

We looked at the ways alcohol use can affect job performance and how individuals can recognise when their drinking is affecting their work.

Christine provided practical tips and techniques for managing drinking and mental health as well as discussing ways employers can support employees who are struggling with alcohol addiction.

We heard a success story of someone who overcame addiction and achieved greater success in their career as a result.

For individuals who were currently struggling with alcohol and want to improve their work performance, Christine offered advice and recommended specific resources and support groups.

Finally, we discussed the benefits of quitting alcohol, even if it didn't seem like a problem, and how individuals could determine if this was a choice that could benefit them personally.
