Lucy is also a Positive Mental Health Champion and Trainer, which is the main reason for her invitation onto the podcast, and Lucy was awarded the Jacobs Beyond Zero Excellence Award in 2019 for her commitment to mental health initiatives within her own company and clients of the company.
