Later, Grant transitioned into executive recruitment, working with top-tier firms like Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry.

 

His passion for empowering individuals to take control of their careers led him to write the book "Looking Beyond the Car in Front: A Guide to Making the Right Career Choices at the Right Time."
